Cashback for a review is a bonus program by Kingex through which the team thanks clients for honest and independent reviews on popular monitoring platforms. You rate our service — we give you a bonus!

Terms for receiving cashback

  • 1 order = 1 payout: you cannot submit multiple requests for cashback for the same order.
  • The cashback program is available for orders with deposit amount more than 500 USDT in equivalent.
  • Cashback payouts are only made for requests related to orders created no earlier than 24 hours ago.
  • Cashback payouts are made once per day — simultaneously for all requests.
  • Payouts are only made to UAH cards of Ukrainian banks.
  • The cashback amount is generated immediately after clicking the “Generate” button and can only be changed if receiving a higher cashback.
  • If a client deletes a review, they are added to a blacklist, and their future cashback requests will be automatically removed by the system, although they can still continue to make exchanges on the website.

How to request cashback

  1. Create an order to exchange cryptocurrency for UAH or any other currency (and vice versa — from fiat to crypto) available in the listing on our website.
  2. Click the “Get cashback” button.
  3. Fill out the request form by entering your email address (which must match the one used in the order).
  4. Toggle the “I left a review” field from “No” to “Yes.”
  5. Click the “Generate amount” button.
  6. Leave a review on the relevant platform within 10 minutes and confirm it via email if needed. You can leave the review at any stage: before, during, or after filling out the form, but the system checks for the review 10 minutes after submitting the request.
  7. Enter your card number for cashback payout in the “Card number” field. Please note that entering the card number is MANDATORY, even if you want to receive the payout to the same card used in the order.
  8. Click the “Save” button and wait for the funds to be credited. It’s that simple!

Review requirements

The review must include information about the client’s real experience with the service: the quality of customer service, communication with staff, exchange rate, speed of work, loyalty, or responsiveness — in other words, the actual services provided by the platform.

The review must be unique.

The review must be written in a language supported by the monitoring platform.

The review must be honest and unbiased. Please don’t leave reviews just for the sake of it, as this is not encouraged.
